Guild Level Rules

Why?

Early on in our guild levels were given out fairly arbitrarily, and there was little need for the separation levels provide. Now as we've grown and added new members, a separation of labor, needs, and expectations has arisen. These rules are aimed at keeping higher level members comfortable in their chosen home while still keeping the guild attractive to new guildies who want to make F-S their sanctuary.

Its hoped these rules will provide guidance as to what will be provided to new members, and when.

Level One - Wanderer

  • All new members start at level 1.
  • All returning players that have been absent for an extended time, start at level 1.
  • Lurking is acceptable but will not result in promotion or gifts.
  • Level 1 will last a minimum of 1 week
  • This level is to become familiar with the atmosphere of the guild and see if you feel comfortable here.
  • Level 1 members are allowed to request 1 exp/dungeon run per day. (Feel free to come if invited but spamming for help is not desirable.)
  • No gifts or gear donations are to be expected at this level.
  • No alts may be added

Level Two - Nomad

  • New members advance to level 2 after a minimum 1 week probation period.
  • Small gear donations may be given to the player by higher level members (basic enchantments, gold, health kits, blue level gear). Gifts should not be expected below this level.
  • This is the pure casual level.
  • 1 alt may be added
  • Up to 2 exp/dungeon runs may be requested. No more than 1 hour each.

Level Three - Drifter

  • Members advance to level 3 only with the approval of all level 7 members.
  • Larger gear donations from high level members are possible
  • More guild donation and contribution to guild activities is encouraged
  • Limit to alts joining is removed
  • Daily emptying of the structures, as available.
  • Limits to dungeon/exp runs are lifted. Though by this point we are all probably comfortable with our play level.

Level Four - Rambler

  • Open for proposals
  • Leading dungeon runs as available
  • Leading hunts as available
  • Running Guild events as requested
  • Familiarity with gear progression for fresh lvl 70s

Level Five - Seeker

  • Sponsoring at least 1 event.
  • Leading new player on SH tours.
  • Being available for new players to ask questions.
  • Guidance to new members
  • Familiarity with resources available on F-S website and F-S discord.

Level Six - Aspirant

  • Council to Level 7 members
  • Guidance to lower level members
  • Suggest and/or run events as available
  • Occasional editing of website or submission of content.
